Thank you to Dominique and all the writers/editors of Parole de Pate for featuring my polymer clay in your wonderful blog. ( http://paroledepate.canalblog.com/archives/2009/01/24/12198199.html ) On Sunday when my Flickr page got 2,075 hits I was beyond being stunned and began to search for where lookers linked to my page. Today (Tuesday) Eva Menager pointed me in the direction of your blog. I did not see it until an hour ago. I am deeply honored. You have a huge following in the French speaking polymer clay world, and it seems to reach across language barriers too! It was both endearing and comical for me to read the comments of those who recognized the amount of work but didn’t appreciate the style. My goal, most often, is in trying to perform a technical feat, not to make pretty jewelry. I view working with polymer clay as some sort of engineering challenge and if something turns out to be pretty, well….. it is an unintended bonus. I am also a shameless tool freak. By the way, I am a she, not a he. Ginny is the English nickname for Virginia. Merci beaucoup to all of you who viewed my concepts of polymer clay.<br />
